Introducing Mrs. Parker
I teach K-5 music in a suburban Missouri school district. My teaching career has included music and PE in a rural Missouri district, music in an early childhood campus in rural Arkansas, music and art in a dual language English/Spanish immersion program in small-town Texas, and K-5 music in a large suburban district in the Dallas area. In addition to music, art, and PE, I have specialized in behavior intervention/de-escalation. Those skills have also been honed through years of parenting four kids and many other foster kids.
My classroom is a place where kids are challenged to grow and explore, fueled by my puppet addiction and killer playlists.
